ADS is assisting the Office of Heat Response and Mitigation with getting much-needed trees planted in qualifying neighborhoods. We act as the grant recipient's landscape architect to design their new treey canopy, prepare and submit permit plans, and see them through the construction process. We are guiding this unique urban Phoenix community through a comprehensive outdoor master planning process. Their location at the east end of downtown Phoenix means they are a great place to live and work. The property was built in the 80's and outdoor uses have changed for residents. The result will be a tailored plan to update and elevate their outdoor spaces.
