Amy Schuchert, PLA, ASLA Owner and PrACTICE Leader

Amy Launched Alesco Design Solutions to bring you award-winning Landscape Architecture in 2023. She has nearly 30 years of design experience that captures many of Arizona's iconic landscapes: from Scottsdale luxury residential to ground-breaking large transportation landscapes on the South Mountain Freeway. Before starting Alesco Design Solutions she served as a Senior Landscape Architect for over 20 years at some of the leading design firms in Arizona + 9 years in Dallas, Texas region.

Emily olive, Landscape Designer

Emily began working with Alesco Design Solutions, LLC in 2024. She now focuses on green infrastructure, accessibility, and incorporating art in her projects.  She joined ADS in 2024 after 2 years of experience in the private sector and public/municipal projects with a broad range of experience in site design and conceptual graphics. 

Her education includes a master's in landscape architecture from ASU with an undergraduate study in math and a minor in studio art. She is interested in how landscape architecture, particularly urban greening and art, can improve physical and mental health.
